With DIGI Online, subscribers with DIGITV/DIGI/DIGI+ cable television packages and DIGI Net internet service, or those with DIGI satellite television packages and DIGI Net Mobile internet service, can now enjoy numerous television channels on their Android tablets, smartphones, or even smart TVs without any additional fees.

Requirements for DIGI Online Service:

• LIVE DIGITV/DIGI/DIGI+ cable television package and DIGI Net internet or DIGI satellite television package and DIGI Net mobile internet subscription
• Customer portal registration and a password created specifically for the application (https://ugyfelkapu.digi.hu/)
• Android-based devices capable of playback (The DIGI Online application can be downloaded on devices running at least Android 4.0 (tablet, smartphone, or smart TV))
• Stable broadband internet connection (via cable, WiFi, or mobile network)

How to Use DIGI Online Service:

1. Login to your Customer Portal account. If you don't have an account yet or haven't linked your subscription contract to your account, you can easily do so here: https://ugyfelkapu.digi.hu/. You will need your subscription contract number and the serial number of your latest DIGI bill for full registration.
2. Create your DIGI Online passwords in the Customer Portal / Processing / DIGI Online / New Password section. If your registration is successful, Customer Portal will verify if you have a TV and internet subscription. If these conditions are met, a DIGI Online section will appear in the menu where you can create the password necessary for using the DIGI Online application. With one customer portal registration, you can create up to 3 different DIGI Online passwords that can be transferred to consecutive devices. You can watch TV programs on up to 3 different devices simultaneously with these 3 passwords.
3. Download our DIGI Online application from the Google Play Store onto your mobile device: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hu.digi.online.v4.
4. To log into the application, enter your Customer Portal username (account name or email) + one of the three passwords created for DIGI Online within Customer Portal.
5. Select a show and choose one of the four qualities: LQ / MQ / HQ / HD = Low / Medium / High / HD.
6. You can now watch our available digital channels online anytime and anywhere! The application will automatically connect with the provided username and password upon restart. If you log out, you will need to log in again.

The DIGI Online service has been available since October 1st, 2015. It operates only through domestic internet networks; thus, a continuous broadband internet connection is required for use. The recommended bandwidth is a minimum of 384kbps (quality selected specific). Playing content generates data traffic. Any potential costs resulting from network data traffic are the responsibility of the service user.
